Prompting Right Preventive Interventions

The WoundRounds system automatically prompts nurses to initiate appropriate preventative interventions. Using the handheld device, nurses can quickly input a turning schedule and identify proper patient positioning (interventions based on the Braden system). On subsequent assessments, nurses can confirm that the preventive measures should be continued or if they can amend the recommended plan.
