Presence Health, one of the Midwest’s largest healthcare providers, and WoundRounds, the leading wound management and risk prevention solution, were featured in a clinical study on wound care presented at the 4th Annual Symposium on Advanced Wound Care Fall (SAWC) poster session.

During the seven month study, Presence Heritage Village, a 51-bed skilled nursing facility, was able to decrease the incidence of facility-acquired pressure ulcers by over 80%. According to the study, this significant and sustained decrease may be attributable to improved documentation and communication among the care team using the WoundRounds solution.
