WoundRounds allows nurses to capture complete information at the bedside. Prompted by a comprehensive image on the screen, they can pinpoint the wound site and record physical characteristics such as size, odor, pain and description of the ulcer. In addition. with the built-in digital camera, nurses are able to document images of each wound upon admission and accurately track wound progress over time.
