Clincal Implementation Specialist:
We are seeking exceptional candidates to join the Clinical Implementation Team to help lead nurse training, adoption and support of our wound management software. Successful candidates will coordinate software implementation with client Information Services and Nursing, and deliver training and support to nurses and other clinicians.
Key responsibilities include project management and coordination of activities related to software implementation, on-site training, consulting and support for the WoundRounds product from kick-off to go-live. In this high-profile position candidates will work with facility administrators, as well as clinical leadership and client IT Services.
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written presentation skills, and be able to travel a minimum of 60% of time. A four-year degree in nursing and wound care experience is preferred. Experience with training and supporting nursing customers using EMR solutions for clinical documentation is a plus.
