Mike Diamond
President and Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Diamond has overall responsibility for the management of the Company. Mr. Diamond has over seventeen years of Healthcare technology experience in sales management and marketing. Mr. Diamond has held various Executive Management roles in emerging information technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He recently served as Founder and Managing Partner of Insight Technologies and Senior Vice President of E&C Medical Intelligence. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President for Extended Care Information Network (ECIN). Mr. Diamond drove the overall sales and marketing plans, increasing revenues from start-up to more than $10.5 million per year and enlarging client base to more than 3,200 organizations. In January 2008 ECIN was acquired by Allscripts for $90 million. Prior to joining ECIN, Mr. Diamond was a Region Vice President for McKesson Corporation. Mr. Diamond currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Nautilus Medical, the leading provider of cost effective medical imaging software for healthcare organizations and physicians, and The Baby CD, the most comprehensive and entertaining education resource company for expecting mothers and their caregivers. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from St. John's University in Minnesota.

David Loveland
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Loveland is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, including product development and implementation. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he recently served as senior vice president of corporate relations for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (ENH). Prior to joining ENH, Mr. Loveland was vice president of marketing for Baxter’s Caremark homecare division. He currently serves on the executive advisory council of the Beryl Companies in Dallas, a leading provider of out-sourced telephone and web-based communications for healthcare organizations. Mr. Loveland holds a B.A. from Westminster College in Missouri.

Dave Devereaux
Executive Vice President

David R. Devereaux is the former President and COO of Beverly Healthcare, one of the largest and most respected long-term skilled nursing care chains in the United States. Mr. Devereaux joined Beverly Healthcare in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Specialty Services Division. Prior to that, he served as District Vice President of Operations for Manor Care Health Services and Regional Vice President of Operations for The Hillhaven Corporation. Devereaux began his career in skilled nursing in 1978 as a housekeeper.

Mr. Devereaux earned a BS degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. He serves as Chair, Board of Visitors, for the College of Health Professions at Temple University, and has endowed the David R. Devereaux Chair for the School of Nursing at Temple.

Rick Redfield, PA-C
Director

Mr. Redfield is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) and an Illinois certified EMT-II paramedic. He has ten years of experience as a surgical PA-C, specializing in orthopedic surgery at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (ENH). Mr. Redfield earned his B.A. in health care leadership from National Lewis University and his physician assistant certificate from Cook County Hospital Malcolm X College.

Anne Scheurich, RN, CWOCN
Director of Clinical Services

Ms. Scheurich is a certified wound, ostomy and continence nurse (CWOCN), president of the Northern Illinois Affiliate of the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Association and editor of WOCNews. Prior to joining WoundRounds as the clinical advisor, Ms. Scheurich was a clinical resource for Smith & Nephew Wound Management Division in Largo, Fla. She also was the vice president of nursing for Applied Home Telemedicine in Barrington, Ill., and the Illinois nurse case manager for St. Mary’s Home Health in Chicago. Ms. Scheurich earned her nursing degree from the Saint Joseph School of Nursing and a B.S. at the College of Saint Francis.
