Mike Diamond

Mike Diamond leads the Telemedicine Solutions team, leveraging over 20 years of healthcare technology experience with a focus in product innovation, sales management and marketing. Mr. Diamond has held various executive management roles in emerging information technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He previously served as Founder and Managing Partner of Insight Technologies and Senior Vice President of E&C Medical Intelligence. Before E&C, he was Senior Vice President for Extended Care Information Network (ECIN) where he scaled revenues from launch to over $10 million across 3,200 client organizations, prior to acquisition by Allscripts for $90 million. Before joining ECIN, Mr. Diamond was a Region Vice President for McKesson Corporation. He serves on the advisory boards of several healthcare products companies, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from St. John’s University in Minnesota.

David Loveland
Chief Operating Officer

David Loveland

David Loveland leads the day-to-day operations of the Company and drives product development and implementation. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he previously served as Senior Vice President of corporate relations for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (ENH, currently known as Northshore University Health System). Prior to joining ENH, Mr. Loveland was Vice President of Marketing for Baxter’s Caremark homecare division. He serves on the executive advisory council of a telehealth company, and holds a B.A. from Westminster College in Missouri.

Michael Bautsch
Chief Information Officer

Michael Bautsch

Michael Bautsch leads information technology at the Company. His background spans 18 years building IT architectures and infrastructure, where he led development and deployment of customer applications and negotiated many successful vendor business partnerships. Mr. Bautsch is former Director of Delivery for MPS Partners, LLC, former Director of IT for Ryan Building Group, as well as William Ryan Homes. Mr. Bautsch has a BBA from American InterContinental University.

Rhett Gustafson
Executive VP, Finance and Strategic Development

Rhett Gustafson

Rhett Gustafson leads the finance and development efforts for the organization. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, most of which have been devoted to delivering value to emerging private and publicly-traded companies in the form of growth capital and strategic guidance. Mr. Gustafson most recently was founder and managing principal of Strata Partners, LLC, an investment banking boutique for emerging growth companies. He spent the early part of his career in institutional sales with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Cowen & Company in San Francisco. Mr. Gustafson holds a B.A. degree from St. Olaf College.

 

Anne Scheurich, RN, CWOCN
Vice President of Clinical Operations

Anne Scheurich

Anne Scheurich leads Clinical Operations for WoundRounds and is a certified wound, ostomy and continence nurse (CWOCN). She is the past president of the Northern Illinois Affiliate of the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Association and former editor of WOCNews. Prior to joining WoundRounds, Ms. Scheurich was a clinical resource for Smith & Nephew Wound Management Division. Previously, she was the Vice President of Nursing for Applied Home Telemedicine. Ms. Scheurich earned her nursing degree from the Saint Joseph School of Nursing and a B.S. at the College of Saint Francis.

Rick Redfield, PA-C
Director of Clinical Affairs

Rick Redfield

Rick Redfield leads Clinical Affairs for WoundRounds. He is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) and an Illinois certified EMT-II paramedic. He has ten years of experience as a surgical PA-C, specializing in orthopedic surgery at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (ENH). Mr. Redfield earned his B.A. in health care leadership from National Lewis University and his physician assistant certificate from Cook County Hospital Malcolm X College.

Russell Cook
Chief Architect

Russell Cook

Russell Cook leads the product development organization for WoundRounds and is also the product’s Chief Architect. Mr. Cook has over 30 years’ experience developing software as an employee for retail software vendors and as the head of his own consulting firm. Since 2000, Mr. Cook has worked exclusively in the healthcare arena where he drove ECIN’s product development until acquisition and then took over the architecture effort of Allscripts’ flagship product. Mr. Cook has both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
